Hala Kuwait Center for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences, Kuwait and “Celtic Property Management” Ltd., Bulgaria have the pleasure to invite you to take part in the Exhibition „Bulgaria in Kuwait” – a 5-day trade fair which will take place in 2011 in the famous 5* Movenpick Hotel in the capital of Kuwait.
The Exhibition will be officially inaugurated by His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry in Kuwait or his representative, and the Bulgarian Ambassador in Kuwait. The fair aims at providing opportunities for cooperation between Kuwait and wholesale dealers from Bulgaria, at giving a glimpse of the Bulgarian history and business to the Kuwaiti investors and business partners, as well as at facilitating the task of the Bulgarian state agencies to connect merchants with the State of Kuwait.
Recently the Government of the State of Kuwait proposed a large development plan for the country, which gives great opportunities to other countries, and Bulgaria in particular, to participate in numerous development projects. The Development plan includes a vision of Kuwait in 2035 through the adoption of 21 laws to achieve the country's economic goals, namely to turn Kuwait into a financial and commercial center that attracts investment, to intensify the private sector-led economic activities, to fuel the spirit of competition and raise efficiency of production under a state supportive institutional. The strategic objectives of the Plan are to increase GDP and raise the standard of living of the citizens. This aims at raising economic growth rates of the non-oil sectors so as to increase per capita income, with the stability of the overall level of prices.

The participation package includes booth rental, accommodation at the venue of the fair for two representatives and visa arrangements. With a duration of the fair in 2011, you will be given a free day before the Grand Opening to arrange and prepare your own stall facility ready to meet the potential Kuwaiti partners of your business. The price details in the full participation package are as follows:
EXHIBITION PACKAGE INCLUDES :
I. Booth rental
A booth sized 3 x 3 m, including lightening, an electricity plug, a table with 3 chairs, and brand name on the booth.
II. Accommodation
6 nights at the 5* Movenpick Hotel, Free Trade Zone – Shuwaikh. Accommodation for two representatives of the Exhibitor in one double room including breakfast.
III. Visas to Kuwait and airport pick-up on the arrival date.
IV. Advertising page in the official catalogue of the Exhibition.
TOTAL PRICE: 4 400 EUR
*Early bird price by November 25, 2010: 4 000 EUR
* For two single rooms instead of one double room
the overall price shall include additional 500 EUR
In addition the Exhibitor can rent extra exhibition space only, organized in detached plots of 3m x 3m as shown in the floor plan of the Exhibition. The prices are as follows:
additional 9 sq.m. (1 box by 3m x 3m) – 3 200 EUR*
additional 18 sq.m. (2 boxes by 3m x 3m) – 6 200 EUR*
additional 27 sq.m. (3 boxes by 3m x 3m) – 9 000 EUR*
additional 36 sq.m. (4 boxes x 3m x 3m) – 11 500 EUR*
*Prices valid as addition to a full package purchase
In order to achieve diversity in the industries and products representing Bulgaria, we will observe the restriction of 3 to 4 companies in an industry. Also, each booth will be able to advertise up to 2 companies which should be in one and the same industry. In case the exhibitor wants to submit two companies from different industries in one booth, the exhibitor will need to pay additional 1500 euro to the total participation fee. In this case, if one of the companies operates in an industry for which the limit of participating companies is reached, the combined participation will not be possible.
